Rule 24, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2010 [S93-EA7]

Application for registration.—Every private body funded by a public authority carrying on the receipt of public funds shall make an application for registration to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form H, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every information held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for five days from that date.
