Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any keeper of a sarai dies, his legal representative shall, within ten days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Controller of Explosives in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every poison then held; and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
