Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a sarai shall apply to the Chief Controller of Explosives in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
