Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a sarai who ceases to carry on the keeping of a sarai shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Controller of Explosives in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
