Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lessee of Government land shall apply to the Housing Board in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Housing Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
