Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any nominee of an insured person dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Standing Committee in Form 6, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every claim then held; and the Standing Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-two days of its receipt.
