Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a warehouse who ceases to carry on the storage of agricultural produce shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every stock register held by him has been disposed of.
