Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a brick kiln who ceases to carry on the working of a brick kiln shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every transit pass held by him has been disposed of.
