Surrender of certificate.—Every tenant who ceases to carry on the cultivation of land as tenant shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every record of rights held by him has been disposed of.
