Intimation of change.—Every transporter of goods shall intimate to the Appellate Authority, in Form GST RFD-01 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
