Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the credit rating agency shall apply to the Depository in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Depository shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
