Intimation of change.—Every issuer shall intimate to the Securities Appellate Tribunal, in Form F and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
