Surrender of certificate.—Every railway servant who ceases to carry on service on a railway shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Maharashtra in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every parcel held by him has been disposed of.
