Application for registration.—Every owner of an aircraft carrying on the ownership of an aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Government of Odisha in Form CA-1, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every remotely piloted aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
