Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a houseboat who ceases to carry on the operation of a houseboat shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Museum Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every conservation plan held by him has been disposed of.
