Conditions of registration.—Every operator of an online education platform shall carry on the imparting of education by electronic means only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every mark sheet in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such mark sheet for inspection on request by the Assistant Director of Education, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
