Application for registration.—Every operator of an online education platform carrying on the imparting of education by electronic means shall make an application for registration to the Regulatory Authority in Form H, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every admission register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
