Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a home stay dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Museum Board in Form VIII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every art treasure then held; and the Museum Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
