Intimation of change.—Every certifying medical authority shall intimate to the Government of Tamil Nadu, in Form II and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
