Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the courier agency shall apply to the Joint Commissioner in Form GSTR-9 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Joint Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
