Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer of cosmetics shall apply to the District Registering Authority in Form 28 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the District Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
