Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of cosmetics shall intimate to the District Registering Authority, in Form 29 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
