Application for registration.—Every keeper of a public building carrying on the keeping of a public building shall make an application for registration to the Government of Puducherry in Form D, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every affidavit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
