Surrender of certificate.—Every toll plaza operator who ceases to carry on the collection of tolls shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every certificate of fitness held by him has been disposed of.
