Application for registration.—Every toll plaza operator carrying on the collection of tolls shall make an application for registration to the Government of Karnataka in Form 4, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every road tax receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
