Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor for the mid-day meal dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every examination then held; and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
