Intimation of change.—Every contractor of a public authority shall intimate to the Government of West Bengal, in Form H and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of West Bengal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
