Application for registration.—Every contractor of a public authority carrying on the execution of contracts for a public authority shall make an application for registration to the Government of West Bengal in Form C, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every complaint held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
