Safe custody.—Every contractor of a public authority shall keep every certified copy to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the execution of contracts for a public authority is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every certified copy so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of West Bengal within seven days of the close of each year.
