Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any aerodrome operator dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-6, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of aircraft then held; and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
