Application for registration.—Every aerodrome operator carrying on the operation of an aerodrome shall make an application for registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-3, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every log book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
