Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the duty free shop operator shall apply to the Board in Form GSTR-3B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
