Report to the Government.—The Registrar of Ships shall prepare, within seven days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of recruitments and placement agency for seafarers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Maharashtra and publish it within ninety days of its preparation.
