Intimation of change.—Every recruitment and placement agency for seafarers shall intimate to the Registrar of Ships, in Form 6 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Ships shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
