Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the National Authority in the custody of the Deputy Collector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the National Authority; and where the Deputy Collector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form F within sixty days of the succession.
