Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods who ceases to carry on the storage of inflammable goods shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every plan held by him has been disposed of.
