Application for registration.—Every owner of a solar power plant carrying on the generation of electricity from solar energy shall make an application for registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form II, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every tariff held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
