Intimation of change.—Every owner of a solar power plant shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, in Form VI and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
