Rule 6, Punjab Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2009 [S91-GV7]

Fees.—The fee of ten thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VII; and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
