Intimation of change.—Every air cargo agent shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form CA-7 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
