Safe custody.—Every executor of a will shall keep every adoption order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of the estate of a deceased person is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every adoption order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Marriages within sixty days of the close of each year.
