Conditions of registration.—Every executor of a will shall carry on the administration of the estate of a deceased person only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every notice of intended marriage in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such notice of intended marriage for inspection on request by the Maintenance Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
