Rule 10, Bihar Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2009 [S91-B4Z]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the facilitation centre shall apply to the Regional Board in Form 3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Regional Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-two days of the application.
