Surrender of certificate.—Every principal employer who ceases to carry on the engagement of employees through an immediate employer shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Medical Benefit Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every claim held by him has been disposed of.
