Application for registration.—Every operator of a dam carrying on the operation of a dam in an emergency shall make an application for registration to the State Executive Committee in Form H, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every shelter held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
