Safe custody.—Every significant data fiduciary shall keep every computer resource to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the processing of personal data by a significant data fiduciary is carried on, shall record in Form E the description of every computer resource so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal within forty-five days of the close of each year.
