Surrender of certificate.—Every public sector undertaking who ceases to carry on the management of a public sector undertaking shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Odisha in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 22 of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
