Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the public sector undertaking shall apply to the Government of Odisha in Form GFR 22 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Odisha shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
