Intimation of change.—Every person resident in India shall intimate to the Export Promotion Council, in Form ANF-1 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Export Promotion Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
