Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the bottler of water shall apply to the Dam Safety Authority in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Dam Safety Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
